I must say to anyone purchasing a product of any technology, the Geek Squad Product Replacement is a must! If anything at all happens the Best Buy experts are right there to save the day! A must buy!!

Replacement plans are well worth it. No servicing, just a replacement if the item breaks. Our printer stopped printing correctly and we got to exchange for a new one same day.

I added the warranty on my printer, because I know the printer will be used a lot by my students. If anything should happen to it within 2 years I'll be able to get it fixed or swap it out.

I have purchased the extra protection plan many times and it has proven to be a great idea. More than once I have used the warranty and Buest Buy has stood behind the warranty and saved me money.

Loved the 2 year warranty, had issues with a keyboard after a year and they replaced no problem and even extended the warranty an additional 2 years!

It is always good to have a service plan when purchasing electronic that are not cheap. I don't expect to use this plan but it is good to know that if I do have a problem, I have a plan in place.

Surely you've had the experience of your ink jet printer drying up while you were away. This had to happen to us twice before we figured out that there had to be a better way. And there is a better way - buy an inexpensive replacement guaranty from Best Buy and let them worry about the hassles of making it work again.

I had the old Russian security system that Best Buy kicked out but due to triple layers of protection I couldn't download the new system so Geek did it for me, no questions asked.

Enjoy knowing they replace or repair any product under the warrenty. Thus has happened before and they replaced it without any trouble.

I've had to use this 2 times so far in the past 10 yrs and loved how easy and how simple it was. Was able to get even get the new product and add the replacement plan back on the new product.

Gs protection is something you are going to wish you had! I have been very carefuo with my products but you never know!
