I have never used the buyer protection that everyone sells at the checkout until Best Buy. I have only had to use it a couple times but it was truly a pleasure and totally hassle free.

Excellent warranty for Best Buy Geek team. Simpler to use and resolution is very quick. But with most products from Best Buy. Highly recommend

Best Buy warranty is one of the best in the game. Simple to drop off and pick up if possible. If not give card at value to get something else.

Had to return the keyboard because one of the keys was defective and kept sticking. Only had it a couple of months and thought the product warrantee covered a full exchange. Geek Squad prorated the coverage so there was a charge. However the service at the store was excellent and getting a replacement was easy :)

I think it is always best to get the warranty. This warranty replaces products for four years so I thought it was a good deal.

Purchasing the product replacement is well worth the cost, in my opinion. A previous purchase was replaced without question when the product failed

Really learned my lesson by not getting the extra coverage ad just after the item had a break-down and I had to pay for the repairs

I haven't had to use them for this item, but in the past have answered questions and fixed the issues on other items purchased.

I recommend to have the replacement "warranty" with best buy because you no need to call any company, the fixed in the store and if the problem is seriously the replace with another product.

It's a must to get the geek squad, they're extremely helpful and there's a peace of mind knowing if something happens, it's covered.

Since I'd Bought a Higher End Hp Printer this Time I Wanted to Make sure that it was Covered & that I didn't have to Ship it Off to Hp Myself for Warranty Issues should They occur!

Happy to receive a replacement. Best Buy always follows through on their product guarantee. We appreciate receiving a replacement when something goes wrong.

My experience with the geek squad protection has been great and the insurance was executed without any issues when i had problem with my printer.

Never bought before but hoping it’s worth it this time.
