If I buy the computer from Best Buy, I buy coverage from the Geek Squad. I used it many times.

For $10, by printer is covered for anything that happens for 2 years. Knowing that inkjet printers have a life expectancy of 1.5-2.5 years, there is a chance I might have to use this. Hopefully not.

Havent had to use it but loved having that peace of mind if something does every happen. My wifes grandfather had this protection plan and it helped him alot when he could fix it himself .

It used to be in the old days, you could buy something from the store and it would last forever. Not so now a days. Buying protection is a must.

Geek Squad is the best warranty around I believe. I wouldn't purchase anything without also getting Geek Squad Protection/Service.

Everything I've had Geek Squad protection on. They have either fixed or replaced no questions asked would recommend to anybody.

I am not one to normally buy the protection plan, however my son goes through headsets so quickly.(wires braking, sound distorted etc). This plan covers everything, well worth the price.

The Geek Squad at my Best Best is one of the best ever assembled. They sold problems lighting fast. Never buy anything technical without adding the Geek Squad .... money well spent !!!!!

Geek squad coverage is an absolute life saver. Got the 2 year deal on my gaming headset and was able to replace it when the wire messed up

Well worth the money for protecting your investment. Any issues they will repair it or replace it and gives you a piece of mind.

The first time I had to return some thing cause it stop working I had no problem with getting it replace that is why I get the warranty on my purchases.

I like the printer - love having not to change ink cartridges and it prints fast and clear. BUT it does not stay connected wirelessly - every time I want to print I have to muck around for at least 30 minutes - usually much more! VERY frustrating!! And the HP app is SO intrusive - it activated the camera on my ipad, and used the cloud without me setting any of that up and I didn’t agree to it! It also needs my location to print - WHY???? Just let me print!!! NOT HAPPY with my purchase, because of software - the printer is good……when I can get it to print.

The techs in the store are pretty much useless, everything gets sent out, but the service is helpful for cracked screens, and other major problems

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad service for this product but from past experience the service is good.

purchased for Christmas as gift for off work stuff it is very simple and easy to use thanks best buy purchased in case any accidents happen

I believe it's a good idea to have extra protection especially with larger purchases that aren't as easily replaced

I normally don't buy the insurance but this purchase is technology above my pay grade. A wise investment under the circumstances.

Not normally a big fan of extended warranties but this is for an 81 year old who already lost a key from his keyboard, so 2 years of coverage for him for only $5 is a no brainer.

These little service plans come in handy whenever you buy expensive things you don’t have to worry about if it breaks Best Buy will take care of you
