Geek squad is the nest service to have for electronic needs.

This is a good thing to have, especially for the price I paid for my new brother printer. If anything goes wrong, I know that the Geek Squad will repair or replace it. I never have had to go out of my way to fight Best Buy to honor their warranty. I think they are some of the best in warranties, at least in my opinion.

I don't buy anything without this protection. It is so worth the money to know that if I have something stop working or something to cause my equipment to quit working.

Best Buy takes the higher road. Any plan they offer is effortless and valuable. I fix electronics professionally, some things just won’t be fixed. Off to the refurbish bin they go!

Whether its a PC or TV, the Geek Squad know their stuff to fix. I appreciated everyone's time and attention to my problem and them resolvling it.

In knowing how electronics don't necessarily last it is good to have an option to replace without the exorbitant cost. The price of the replacement plan was minimal and a value.

It's always wise to get insurance. The service and replacement in store alone is worth it. It is hard to get an HP rep on the phone.

After purchasing 2 printer that became defectives as soon as the warranty expire the HP-ENVY photo 7855 is impressive. Very good ease of operation. Very good Wi-Fi. Also purchase extended warranty to ensure operation after warranty expires.

It's great to have Geek protection to those product which are likely to have an issue with software. You never know when software stop working. I bought it and used it without any issue.

Haven’t had any problems yet with any of my equipment, so I really cannot post a rating yet, until I really use this service. But for this survey I’ll still give her the five stars.

have only ever had one problem with the geek squad and that was years ago when they were first starting. They have knowledgable people, and they stand behind the protection replacement.

My printer died within the Protection period. They gave me a new one at not cost. Purchased another Protection plan.

Definitely a lifesaver saves you the hassle of having to pay for a new item or Device I don’t regret purchasing any Warranty from Best Buy.

Although I didn't think I really needed it, I decided to buy protection just in case. Turns out it came in quite handy. Printer had a glitch and Best Buy swapped unit out with no hassle.
