I haven’t had to use GeekSquad yet for the cameras but I’ve called on them for other electronics. I was told to bring the laptop in to the store.

Well worth the money for product replacement on electronic items. I bought this on my HP Printer I bought in 2021, just over a year ago. For some reason, the print heads failed after light use, and wouldn't clean when I ran the cleaning procedure through it. The product replacement replaced the printer with a new model for a slight net charge to me, after prorating the cost.

Very useful it replaces everything you need what it covers. I had a problem with my laptop and he changed what they needed to change two days and the laptop was new and it was working better than ever.

One of my best purchases, Its ability to grind and crush food is impressive, its motor has a lot of horsepower, I recommend it 100000%

No complaints here. I would recommend this for all items you purchase.

I love litter robot 4. Had litter robot 3 and had a lot of issues after warranty so I made sure I bought the 4 year warranty this time

Love the warranties with Best Buy! You can exchange the products if they are damaged or you can turn the product in and use the warranty to buy a different product free of cost. I love this option.

Peace of mind my daughters tablet is starting to get loose at the charging port i will see if they can fix it dosent charge unless placed a certin way, i will update and see what they say about this.

It is great to know you can have peace of mind if something goes wrong. The Geek Squad is your phone a friend when all goes wrong.

I have had some protection plans in the past but this by far is one of the best when it comes to ease of use

I normally always get geek squad service, it is the reason I like to purchase products from Best Buy. I bring whatever it is in store or set up something online. I am told what is going on, if replacement is needed or it can be fixed and the product is taken care of. It is great to know my product will be fixed and if it cannot be fixed it will be replaced.

We bought a desktop computer and in less than 10 months it stopped working. In about two weeks we were notified that we can get a replacement for the old computer.

The Squad is always there for ya!! Dont hesitate..

Protection plan has always came in clutch. Im always weary of protection plans but best buys protection plans are light years ahead of most retailers. My smart lock was starting to tarnish because of it having direct sunlight hit for the better part of the day and Best Buy exchanged it for a new one!

They fix my stuff quickly, sometimes they have to order parts but not their fault.
