Difficult to get to someone initially when calling but the overall service and customer experience we get has been great. We are older and it’s nice not to have to wait for our son to work in our fixes we need due to his busy schedule. We hate to ask for help and to disrupt our family lives just to check out what problems we created and fix them constantly is a blessing and we feel we can trust in their services on a timely basis and are so patient with us older generation

If you’ve never purchased the Best Buy protection plan I would highly recommend doing so. They take the stress and worry away from any item purchased. Rest assured that there will be no hassle or haggle in replacing that item. This is far better than the manufacture warranty and extends much further past most anyways. The best investment I’ve ever made. Everything I buy I include the plan!

It’s smart to buy this for insurance. It just a few dollars more you are protecting your purchase. It’s easy to understand and a must for saving money in case something happens to your product.

The geek squad replacement is a great produce. We had to use it one time for a television and it worked flawlessly. You might not always want it for all products but on a larger purchase it is well worth the money. I think with repair prices being what they are these days, it is actually a bargain for the price. I hope you never have to use it but it sure is nice to have if things go wrong as they sometimes do.

Excellent product, my wife is very impressed with this product.

the agents that set up my computer was very professional and receive good geek squad service prior to COVID-19, but since then, the service definitely downhill. The technicians were not knowledgeable not to mention that I need to wait a minimum of 6 hours to get any service. Normally after they are done, no communications from the technician, the problem is not resolved. I need to followup on having my computer serviced.

I bought a tv and I add the protection plan after 3 years my tv got damaged with images retention, it tv cost me a lot of money and take to it protection plan my tv was replaced, after it have now buy it plan to everything

At the checkout the cashier asked me if I would like an extra warranty on the Ninja Foodie XL Foodie. Of course I wanted one. They were not cheap by no means. So I purchased a 4 year Replacement Warranty; to insure I could have it replaced if anything happened to it. Smartest thing I ever did! This saves me time and money in the long run! Recommend this product and the warranty to Anyone!! Very Satisfied!

Always get this service on anything that I buy, learned years and years ago that it is a must. It gives me peace of mind and they are so easy to deal with when there is an issue!
