the geek squad was so helpful setting up my tv and soundbar.

4 years of piece of mind at a very affordable price.

This review is simply for an extended warranty, not for any Geek Squad service. (Nothing against them, but I'm an engineer and fully capable of installing, setting up, and maintaining my own equipment. In this case, I was forced to work from home, for the same reason most of us were, for the last few weeks of last year. I soon found that I had no means to communicate in virtual meetings. The solution was to purchase a gaming headset with a USB interface, which put me back in service! The extended warranty was very inexpensive so I bought that as well. Fortunately, I've not had to use it, but am confident that if I do, Best Buy will belly up to the bar.

Needed to have someone to assist my elderly parents when im not in town. Having this protection assures me the geek squad has me covered

Purchase the Squad service and haven't used it so thats a good thing.

Great is the WORD for it.Awesome is best buy and all its good products thats affordable to all budgets.You get your moneys worth when you hire geek squad.They are very smart.

Best purchased I’ve ever bought. Very knowledgeable. Always feel good. Wow they are helping me with any issues I may have. Very personable and works very hard. Trying to resolve my issues. The 24/7 availability is very awesome to me. The coverage that they offer is amazing. I highly recommend using geek squad for any issues that might arise, and their coverage plan again is Flawless.

So far muh of the support given by the Geek Squard is very good and havig this helps allot where there are some devices have a year or 2 warranty but this extends the warranty with Bestbuy a little longer.

This is a great product to have and I would recommend it to anyone who purchases anything from Best Buy.

At Best Buy we always purchase warranty on big items. If they quit working during covered period, BB is the best. They give u what u paid to buy another one to replace item.

I just had to buy a new washer and dryer so having an extra protective maintenance contract not only for my washer and dryer but all my appliances and computers I have used the geek squad befor on the last washer and dryer they were great. Unlike some other stores that when you pay for a 5 year extra warranty and one month after you have made a huge purchase you call for a problem and they tell you oh we dont cover that part we only cover ihe motor. Not the geek squads they covered everything in the years I had my last dryer they rebuilt it twice didn't cost me anything. Thanks geek squad

I haven’t had to use GeekSquad yet for the cameras but I’ve called on them for other electronics. I was told to bring the laptop in to the store.

I accidentally broke the camera. I took it to the store and they refunded my purchase.

This was very quick and easy hard wired right into existing doorbell.

It’s a protection plan not much to say having not had used it yet!

It gives me peace of mind, that I can have my product protected and can have it fix

10/10 recommend buying this!!! My old arlo cameras messed up and i had bought protection and without any hessitation or hassle they told me to bring in all of the cameras and hub and they will give me a new set worth what the cameras were worth when i bought them! Works great..this is seriously the only protection plan i will ever recommend. I have usually had trouble in the past when it came to warranties with different companies but best buy has exceeded my expectations

Super helpful to have protection nowadays. Don’t get me wrong BEST BUY does everything well they sell good product bring you used or fixed but it’s always a good idea to add extra protection, especially when is manufactured. I’ve been lucky enough to not have any problems with my electronics, but so far BEST BUY has stand up on their warranty and Protection . No complaints.

I've tried several different smart lights, but none of them compare to the Lifx llights. I love the app and all the different features it has. You can set pre loaded color schemes, you can make the lights transition to multiple colors, or just set some ambience with a solid color. None of the other smart lights I've tried have had an app that compares to this one.
