Geek Squad really do their best for customers, and they are very knowledgeable on everything technical I really am thankful

I don’t think people realize the benefits of Geek Squad protection and being able to quickly replace damaged products, or update to the latest tech. As a previous Best Buy employee, I will always add this to my products when available

Whenever I buy appliances/electronics , I always find it a good practice to purchase a warranty. BEST BUY is very good about their warranties and standing by their warranties.

Protection plan is good to use to cover all your devices appliances So within the contract year of your protection plan if something goes wrong you need to return it there will not be any fuss about returning it and get your money back

the product replacement plane is worth having and it is price right

The 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement insurance was very reasonable and worth the money for piece of mind.

I purchased the 4 year protection plan for my Echo show 8. Its sits on my kitchen counter and I wanted to make sure if something happens, that it would be covered.

Haven't used it on this product, but on another device . It was replaced fast and easy and staff was helpful and super friendly

Gives peace of mind and good to know I can take it somewhere local if something breaks.

This product has been wonderful. Love that it has the timing settings so coffee can be ready in the morning. Favorite part is that you don’t always have to make a full pot, but if that’s what you want there is the option for both.

When your two years is up that you paid for and Best Buy honors the agreement for full replacement.what more do you have to say!

Geek squad protection is a little expensive but the value of the protection is what matters to me. Once protected, item repair or replacement becomes easy with the protection. In most cases, I have received a replacement item or my money refunded.

When you buy a product from Best Buy please obtain there warranty it’s the best on the market right now.

Certain electronics and home products are worth the extra investment to protect. This is a good item to have. They totally fixed my asus gaming lap top like new and now everything I buy from Best Buy is protected.

Excellent purchase, the quality is very good, just what I needed

I haven't had to use this particular plan yet and hopefully I won't nut from my experience with other items the plan is totally worth it.
