I love geek squad there easy to use and it’s smart to get the plan if something happens to your items right away!!..

I’d say so far it is a great investment for the comfort of knowing that it’s available, but I haven’t had to use it.

Love Best Buy’s product replacement plan! To be able to walk in and replace whatever product you purchased is great.

Thankfully, I have never had to use these additions for my purchases. Decades ago, I did use the Geek Squad protection plan for a laptop I purchased. The free battery included with the plan (after the battery included with laptop died) was well worth the extra money spent on the plan. In my interactions with Geek Squad, I found them to be competent, friendly, professional, and easy to utilize. The good thing about BB is that every purchase you make is logged online, so there is less need to keep up with those frivolous papers that show what you purchased and when. I recommend if your purchase is more than a hundred or so bucks. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have.
