I always buy the Geek Squad insurance on everything that my family and I purchase at Best Buy. Being a Geek Squad member the price and length of each policy is excellent. This is one of the main reasons I buy all of my electronics devices at Best Buy.

Will always purchase this service on all my electronics. They really mean that if anything happens to the product bring it back and they will replace it. Very easy to replace damaged products.

These smart plugs truly are the best! Perfect addition to your home by controlling lights and Christmas decor at the click of a button. Simple setup and very user-friendly app. Definitely recommend buying these because you will not be disappointed!!

Haven’t had to use this yet and I hope I never do but glad to know I have protection in case anything happens. As they say it’s better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

I recently purchased the Google Hun and Nest and I asked a friend should I purchase the Geek Squad Service and she said most definitely. She had problems with one of her Google purchases and had to call the Geek Squad and had no problems.

very helpful on any item you are purchasing. the store wil replace the item with no issues and you can always add the protection plan to your new purchase in case something happens.

Definitely recommend always getting the product replacement! Great value and the process to replace is very easy to understand and complete.

This service is worth the money to ensure that your product is insured. Don’t sweat the few extra dollars for something you would definitely sweat if you had to come out of pocket to replace.

I don’t think people realize the benefits of Geek Squad protection and being able to quickly replace damaged products, or update to the latest tech. As a previous Best Buy employee, I will always add this to my products when available

Protection plan is good to use to cover all your devices appliances So within the contract year of your protection plan if something goes wrong you need to return it there will not be any fuss about returning it and get your money back

They are awesome! I usually get them on everything I buy there we had problems with our printer and they had no problem exchanging it

I have to admit I've become more of a fan of this coverage. Used to always think it was just a way to get a few more bucks out of you, but as I've had to use it on a couple of other products, I must say Best Buy makes this a value!!
