I HATE PURCHASING THESE EXPENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTIES ONLY TO HAVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS DIE RIGHT AFTER THE WARRANTIES EXPIRE. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I AM WITH PURCHASING A MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO THAT WITH TAX AND WARRANTY COST ME NEARLY $3,000,00. I ONLY USED THIS MACHINE FOR MAYBE A YEAR WHEN I TURNED IT OFF AND IT SAT FOR A YEAR NIT TURNED ON AND WHEN I NEEDED IT I WENT TO CHARGE AND POWER IT ON AND IT WOULD NOT WORK NO MATTER WHAT GOOGLE TRICKS TOLD ME TO DO. I HAD TO SHELL OUT THOUSANDS MORE FOR YET ANOTHER COMPUTER, MONEY THAT I JUST DONT HAVE RIGHT NOW. I DID NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TNIS ONE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SURFACE PRO IN MY LIFE.

This service is the best and the employes know and explain evrithing before i buy the insurance.

They make it so easy to replace the things that are broken or damage.

I want to make it clear that I bought this as a gift for someone else's apt. I didn't realize you also need extra wiring that goes under the door when you set ring camera up (assumed at ran on chargable batteries). For an apartment thats pretty inpractical, especially since you apparently also need to buy a holder for it to truly be secure on the door. Overall, I'm sure the product works great, but if you need to buy extra parts to make it work that should be strongly implied.

If you're buying something for someone who tends to be hard on equipment like my wife spilling her coffee all over her keyboard etc. it's worth the price.
