Haven't had to use geek squad yet. But we will call when needed.

Good job in doing everything. Very fast and efficient.

Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely no help. Hours of calls transferred to 8 people first day 11 second day finally was hung up on. Never able to make it work with new tv. Last woman said the geek squad I paid for does nothing in terms of getting assistance in making it actually work. 2nd tv swap as 1st had processed issues. Would never suggest anyone buy anything from Best Buy. Are not even allowed to speak to Amat actual store. They don’t care once they have your money. All agents on phone are non English speaking and their only go to advise is processer problem. Highly dissatisfied. Never again

Whirlpool dishwasher is a good dishwasher and easy to install.

They all work really good but the actual holders for the camera are very sensible and might ripped.

Not much to say about this. Just in case my product messes up.

Haven't had to use it yet, just purchased a month ago.

I would not recommend this service as it is very limited. I have Google Nest Hub Max and two there hubs that appear to be defective. The only option is to bring items to store for diagnosis. I explained to agents that I am unable to travel and if they had other options such as shipping. The answer is NO. I'm very disappointed.

I haven't used it yet but I sure hope it'll be worth it.

Some of the geek squad members are very unfriendly. If a customer has an appointment, you shouldn't overlook that to take a customer who has a "quick question." There's never a quick question in that area.

This is a good addition for protection of your products.
