4 year product replacement........ask me in 3years

Did not work for me. Monitor Blacked out within a few months of purchase and they refused to honor it. It was worthless for me to have to pay for it. I had to buy a new monitor

once again , I was unaware of this.....Did I purchase, if I did??? I had no idea. If it's a free service that would be nice to know about so i could use it if need be

Still waiting for a replacement controller 2 months after a claim had to purchase another controller in order to enjoy the PS5 I purchased with this plan

Doesn't work the Blink camera won't connect with the Sync Module. I did purchase the Product replacement.

Ring chime pro would not stay connected and we even bought brand new eero router with 3 stations .. waste of my time and money

Terrible scheduling and no service. Very bad customer service and those answering phone

had them for 2 weeks and a little rain snd they gone!

So far, one replacement because they sold us solar panels and cameras that weren't compatible. Now supposed to switch to other brand.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone it's a waste of your money

My mom was upsold a warranty on a device that won't even be technologically useful by the time the warranty expires.

Sometimes Geek Squad should provide better service for Customers .
