This 4K cameras really do the job. The video recorder is a bit noisy, bat it doesn't bother me. 2 TB of space is a winner. The set up is not difficult if you plan it well. A lot of caballing and planning. The directions that came with the camera I found a bit confusing ,but the Lorex costumer service helped me to correct my wrong doing. Once I installed the camera I set up the motion detection and it's really ease. I didn't want to keep getting a millions notifications on my phone ,since the house is in a busy area. I installed cameras completely outside, unprotected and hope they will last. So far they are working well. Live notifications on my phone is big +. Honestly the night image is pretty good, but not full color all the time though. Over all I think the quality of the system for the price Best buy is offering is a Great Deal.

The device works well, but it frequently loses connection to the Wi-Fi due to the 2.5 GHz network. Once the internet is lost, the recording stops. The software needs an upgrade so that video recording continues even if the internet connection is lost. Additionally, it should offer the option to operate either on battery or via a wired connection, allowing users to choose their preferred method.

I read the other guys review and I must admit I hesitated - now I don’t know what he’s talking about. Image quality is amazing, the ptz works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I did have to take it inside to set it up, but once that was done I installed on the wall and was up and running right away.

It was worth the purchase but no longer needed so I returned it along with the device I purchased Geek Squad for.

Super clear camera with nice app that hasn't crashed.I installed camera,plugged into outlet on porch and downloaded app on my phone.Followed app to create account and insert micro sd card then app found camera on my wifi and it was up and running.Total time 15mins worked first try.Multiple users can use logon in app to view camera.The alerts and other settings in app are the same for all users.Works as well as the doorbell cams plus no batteries to charge.You can also hard wire right to router if wifi is weak.

I purchased the Arlo Pro 4, 3 camera system back on 03/01/24. The system was a breeze to install and the software very intuitive to setup. My property is now completely protected and I can see and hear anything going on no matter where I am, 24/7!

3 gentlemen came to my home yesterday to install 4 Arlo security cameras. They were absolutely amazing. 2 went to mount the cameras and one tech setup the base unit and setup the software on my smart phone application. They were in and out in less than a hour. The service was excellent. It is certainly a pleasure to work with the folks at Best Buy. I also had had an excellent installation of my ring doorbell by a technician last week. Would highly recommend these folks.

I like these a lot, the things I don't like are the mouts are made of plastic, should be metal for more durability. One of my cameras had it spot light set on high, which came that way and was dead after three days. I have now shut the spotlights off we shall see if they last longer. The picture quality is amazing and I love the zoom.

I highly recommend for expensive purchases. I purchased an HD tv (will not mention brand name) years ago, and tv went out. BB came to repair, tv went out again...BB came out to repair again...tv went out again. 3rd time, BB gave me a purchase price credit. By that time the prices on tv's were substantially lower and I ended up with even a better tv.

What a great doorbell. Works with my musical chime and video shows up on my tv through smartthings when someone rongs the bell or leaves a package. Had to return the Ring because it did not work at all with my chime even with a diode. Ring also refused to connect to my wifi. The Nest took just 10 minutes to set up. Highly recommend it.

I needed to add cameras for my house. I have Alro, but they are crazy expensive and wanted a better less expensive option. I wanted to put these at the front of my house to catch the people that had been breaking into cars and houses. The setup is pretty decent, you do need to use the included hub. My hub is about 100 feet from the camera at the far side of my house, and it still works. The picture quality is very good day and night. There is some lag for the audio when you chat but its better than other wireless systems. for this system there are no monthly charges, for now. I love this is just a simple AA battery. now the bad there is no alarm. activity zones for me do not work at all. I have followed the instructions online. reset the picture several times and the camera still comes on in the zones I turned off. there is no "learning" I cant teach blink what is a moving car so it records all of them. so I wake up with 30 notifications overnight. You have to look thru all of them to clear it or delete the recording. I have tried to adjust the sensitivity but then the camera will not catch an event I want to record. frequently I will get a notification the camera has triggered and there is no recording until much later after the event. will this work in a simple area with little to no traffic and you do not need a lot of security? yes if you have this on the front of your house and there is a lot of movement, try something else.
