Currently I'd rate these at one star for their unresponsiveness, but in the past they worked well, so I'll tack on another star for that. I purchased these bulbs because I run HomePods at home and wanted something on the Thread network that would respond quickly and effectively. At first, this setup worked well. I came from a LIFX setup whose bulbs did not directly integrate with HomeKit, but rather relied on Siri Shortcuts. It was nice to be able to control bulbs directly from the HomeKit app and to tell Siri to set the lights to certain colors or brightness! The last few months, my bulbs have gone from almost immediately responsive to unresponsive at all. Siri works fine for all other tasks, but when trying to talk to the NanoLeaf bulbs, it's always "one moment…your lights are taking awhile to respond" and then my request doesn't go through. Occasionally my scene requests will occur after 30 seconds, but that's not guaranteed. I've reinstalled the lights in the past (completely new connection to HomeKit), restarted my HomePods, restarted my router, to no avail. This is just a bad product. Stick with a different brand.

I placed an order for curbside pickup since I’d just had surgery on my ankle. I arrived at the store, followed directions on the app, only to be told the store was closed… at 5:20 pm. I tried calling the store six times. Got NO help. So I hobbled into the store to get my order. Two young employees were lounging behind the online order pickup counter doing nothing. I asked why they were closed and he said “oh, it was raining”. Yes, it had rained hard today, but it had stopped 30 minutes before I arrived. Do better Best Buy! Work on customer service and telephone response!

It has a clear video display. Better than some more expensive cameras. I liked that much. Its app is not so good. Its hard to work. I like the kasa app better. It has night vision but i put it next to the window to see outside and it was not so good maybe it was the reflection of the light inside the house. I will see later how it looks inside the dark house. It works good. I really wanted it to use in my apartment without wifi. It will not work without wifi. I do not know if anything bestbuy sells works without wifi. i

I have had better smart lights that respond quicker. Govees have a smal delay cutting on with Alexa echo dot and show.

Not really impressed. After installing the spot light cam and seeing what it’s capable of compared to this I recommend spending a little extra money get spot light cam.

I seem to have constant issue with mobile live feed and some and issues with dvr feed some camera do not show

The video quality is not good. When watching the camera there is a huge delay even when recording. You have to oay for recording as well. When there is movement it takes seconds to start recording so it will miss what it needs to record. I cant even return it because i tried returning to late. I only had it for a month.
