Does not work in Minnesota Winter!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Functionally works fine under "normal" circumstances (works more fine if you pay for the Nest subscription) but will go offline when the temp drops below zero and not bother to notify you that it did. Hard to justify the cost when you have packages that are worth as much as this being dropped on your doorstep and you're not able to watch for them only to find out its offline when you go to check why nothing was delivered.

Bad battery length

Which puts you out of commission for those hours. This is the part I do not like as I like everything else from the system.

Not Reliable

The device will not turn on at all. 8/8/20 was the last day to return it and it stop working on 8/11/20. How horrible is that? $60 down the drain.

Do NOT book appointments with call center
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The local Squad is great but Best buy has sent scheduling to an offshore call center who has lost my first appointment for a simple replacement, that is after a three week lead-time. Now my replacement appointment is four more weeks out. I have a TV that worked one day and now have to wait two months for a replacement.

Terrible cameras

Wemo app not working and no solution in sight!

All of these items are as useful as standard light switches you can buy at a hardware store. Save your money and buy a 3 dollar switch elsewhere. Sorry Best Buy. This is not your fault. It all falls on Wemo.

Wont stay on the wall.

I wrote to the company and they said "just go buy some more". I would expect if they fail in 30 days they could send a replacement.

Geeksquad could not install and did not refund me

He said he would take it back and you would be refunded. 2 weeks lter and calling so many times I got no help and no refund.
