If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased Geek Squad protection for a Level Smart lock that failed after two years. I was told that I needed to make an instore appointment for the repair. This makes no sense as the problem is with an installed lock - and it needs to be remedies. Save your money and don't bother buying a protection plan that does nothing to protect you.

Purchased this protection plan for my eufy lock but I haven’t used it yet because my lock is working perfectly.

I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I AM WITH PURCHASING A MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO THAT WITH TAX AND WARRANTY COST ME NEARLY $3,000,00. I ONLY USED THIS MACHINE FOR MAYBE A YEAR WHEN I TURNED IT OFF AND IT SAT FOR A YEAR NIT TURNED ON AND WHEN I NEEDED IT I WENT TO CHARGE AND POWER IT ON AND IT WOULD NOT WORK NO MATTER WHAT GOOGLE TRICKS TOLD ME TO DO. I HAD TO SHELL OUT THOUSANDS MORE FOR YET ANOTHER COMPUTER, MONEY THAT I JUST DONT HAVE RIGHT NOW. I DID NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TNIS ONE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SURFACE PRO IN MY LIFE.
