Again, I was told the warranty would not cover the problem after being sold a "Replacement Warranty".

Must have for TVs or anything that gets wear and tear. Will always purchase as have used many times and no issues at the store when doing so.

It's great to know if you have any problems, the Geek Squad is there to help you out. They never looked down or talked down to me for the mistakes I made on my set ups. They were truly professional.

Geek Squad is worth the investment. Knowing that my kiddo can take his monitor to college with him and he will be covered is very relieving.

Getting my monitor replaced was quick and easy! but I don't think they do a good job of informing people of what they are buying when it comes to the other warranty plans they offer.

Bought this for my old $1500 monitor 2 years ago and I got burn in on my OLED so they went ahead and gave me a full refund 2 years later…one of the best warranty/protection coverages out there.

Real easy tv setup with geek squad and they even gave tips on tv health

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection on tech items. It came in very handy at one time when a router quit working in the last few months of the protection and was able to get a better router.

Who doesn’t like protection? This has got me for the life of this monitor.

It is really nice to know that I have the protection for some of my more important electronics like a new monitor.
