Just needed this and I hope that I don’t need to use this.

Easy swap on site, for in home they come and inspect then decide to allow to keep or return the product. if theres a replacement you get that or a junkout store credit for the value i spent.

Saved me from my monitor that only lasted me 2 years. Got my money back to put it into a newer and better monitor. Thanks Geek Squad.

does what it does and best buy replaced a defunct product when it went bad like the description describe. I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

Love a Geek Squad service because I don't have to ship back to manufacturer for repairing. Don't have to keep track when the manufacturer receives my product. Geek Squad provides a good diagnostic and provides me a date that I expect to receive my product back
