Really good Replacement warranty not most places offer you this normally they have you contact the company that made the item and have you deal with them instead and with geek squad you contact them or go to a best buy were you purchased your item and they assist you on the spot all.

I recommend always using geek squad they can save you money in the long run

I have bought the protection plan with all of my electronic purchases at Best Buy. I always hope that I won't have to use it, but it has been a lifesaver on a couple of occasions and well worth the money. The Geek Squad is easy to work with and I have always had good experiences.

Pretty good on the turn-around time. Explain what they did through the process and if you need issues with the item again they are willingly to fix it if it was an issue on their end.

Purchased the Geek Squad Protection which gives me peace of mind if anything happens to my device. In the past they have gone above and beyond to fix or replace my non working products.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

My grandson loves his new monitor uses it with his new PC I loved it so much that I bought my other grandson one for his Xbox gaming system I love the sleek curved screen and the Picture quality is great

Better to have the protection and not need it, vs needing it and not having it. Staff always explains the process and ease of the protection, so definitely worth it when protecting your investments.

I paid $9.99 for a 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for my Acer monitor that I bought for $75. This is cheap and I just have a bad feeling this monitor won't last me more than 3 years so if anything ever happens, I would get a replacement at no charge. Great purchase!

4 Year protection for LG - 32” UHD (3840 x 2160) HDR Monitor with AMD FreeSync, I feel good knowing I am protected for 4 years after purchase, you never know with monitors... Highly recommend for the price.

Price was right for this warranty. However, monitor it was purchased for was returned, so refund was received for the warranty too. Did not use the service. Stars are based on the price and the promise of service.
