Having this warranty is a security blanket in case something goes wrong with the monitor. So far so good, but knowing that I have this in place provides a lot of security.

The workers helped me load it into my car and showed me how to work everything, as well as making sure it was secured for my drive home. The monitor itself has amazing picture and usability, very easy to use and download different apps to suit your needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone working from home, gaming, or just casual computer or tv use. The curved display gives an incredible experience watching tv gaming or while working using different tabs.

Best Buy & Geek squad have also had my back throwout the years. Always recommend adding the geek squad warranty on expensive electronics. Have gone through laptop services, Tv screen replacements, earbuds replacements without any issues and will continue to add the extra layer of protection.

I am running two of these monitors and so far, they have been really nice. The curvature isn't anything crazy, but I think it is kind of nice. The picture quality is great for what I need, though it should be noted that I am not gaming on these. My only complaint is these monitors are completely fixed to the base. You are not able to adjust the tilt, height, or angle.

Fantastic product. I used the FHD 330hz mode way more than I thought I would too. The high refresh rate and low response time made it feel silky smooth!

I purchased this for piece of mind after buying an open box monitor. I feel much better knowing I have some coverage in case I run into issues with it down the road.

Before getting this, I bought a monitor that was on discount, in less than 2 days I saw it had some weird lines and even a shaking effect that activated some times. Went to BestBuy and they didn't hesitated to help me and get it replaced. After that experience I encourage everyone to put the extra money, that most times we spend on food, for a coverage of these items that today, tomorrow and even a week in they appear to be good, but what you'll do when the 15 days of BestBuy coverage go away and a malfunction appears? A month, or a year in you wish you paid some extra cash for this 4 years coverage when something happens to your electronic and its out of your hands repairing it. Think about it!

The price was coverage is was affordable it would have been foolish not to have the peace of mind it brings.

Purchased for an open box monitor. Havent had to use it but have the peace of mind of knowing it will be fixed if something went wrong.
