    Having protection is a no brainer. No technology is perfect, so by having the option to replace our fix if something goes bad, is highly recommended.

    My last monitor I bought from Best Buy only lasted 9 months and I made the mistake of not doing a warranty. Never will make that mistake again so I’m glad I purchased 4 year warranty

    I always buy the protection plan with every product as Geek Squad stands behind all my products. I have had to use the plan a few times and was well taken care of by BestBuy with the Geek Squad protection. Nice to know they are there when you need them.

    My husband always says anything that offers warranty means it’s a must need! Lol and I agree. This helps ease my mind when things accidentally break

    added protection for 'value priced' electronics

    Good deal for extending the protection on 'value priced' electronics. Both the Racine WI and Greenfeild WI stores have helped with problems and advice in the past.

    I always get the geek squad warranty on my expensive electronics because you never know when it would fail. Geek squad has the best replacement warranty out their.

    I have had to use a few time in the past and Best Buy has taking care of me every time with no problems. They even let me upgrade to a new product. It's the best money that I have spent. Thank you Best Buy for have a replacement plan.

    Worst "Replacement" Plan in the planet.

    There was a time when I never hesitated to go to Best Buy for anything, and I would get the "Service Replacement Program" to cover my bases. However lately Best Buy Geek squad representative get all defensive and accusatory when you bring a product for "replacement". I had a 43" monitor that I somehow the screen was damage. I brought it to Best Buy the same place where I went at least 4 times to get information about and where I was urged by the sales representative to get the "Replacement" plan, because it is a peace of mind. He said it not once, but multiple times, YES SIR it will cover accidental damages, you dont want to buy something this expensive and then accidentally break it and lose all your money. I did go home and ordered the monitor online and got the "replacement" plan. Well, not only the plan does not cover accidental damages, but today the Geek Squad Agent carelessly said, maybe you did not understand what the sales person said (like having an accent immediately is a reason to not clearly understand), and then said, well it is what it is. It wont be covered by our insurance. A left angry because I felt lied to. I lost $1,000 on this transaction. But in the long run Best Buy lost a loyal customer who has bought, computers, tv, appliances, video games, watches and so many other things over the years. Very disappointing
