Not sure it was during delivery or what. After setting up, I noticed the AC mode air isn't what it should be - it works like a fan. I had it on for 45mins to see if it cools the room - it's not hot yet so it should have made the room cold. Best Buy won't let me return it and send a replacement bc I passed the return date - I contacted them less than 30 days - I wasn't aware I only had 2 weeks. I didn't set up the AC immediately bc it was still good weather. I wanted to test it before 30 days was up. I'm sorry but this is so wrong. They want me to contact manufacturer to have them review even though I purchased Geek Squad... Also, the item received was 10,000 BTU, not 14,000 BTU. False advertisement
