The agent helped my son with questions and solutions how to install something he needed on his computer. My son said he learned a lot from just watching how the agent did things and asking questions to make sure of how things worked. I wasn’t in room to ask as this was for my son to do for his computer but the agent did tell me how things were and he was very informative and helpful. He did not take very long in fixing the issues my son had and explained to him what to do or look for. Thank you all.

Hopefully i will not have to use it but to have protection on your product is a mist theses days.

Haven't needed to use it once but with that being said I can't place a dolly on the ease of it quelling my mind knowing I don't have to worry about it if it does break. Best buy approved time and time again that it will always take care of you Even if you don't really have the plan but the plan assures me things will be taken care of...

Easy to get started and set up, works great on the lower level of our house, keeps it nice and cool. Not exactly quiet, but does keep the house cool.

Always worth buying the Protection Plan. Best Buy never gives you a hassle on returns.

I like this air conditioner but not love it. After I had it for about 1 year. It leaked so much. I had it on top of a box and then had to put a bucket on the floor to collect all the water. Then it stopped leaking for a bit. Then it started to leak again. Another thing is the hose it comes with is too short. I placed it on top of a box so it can reach the window. Too short of a hose to be placed on the floor. Glad I purchased the warranty!!!

We had purchased a previous air conditioner, and a warranty, and when that warranty was about to expire, we paId for an additional year. It was well worth it! When the air conditioner "died" a few weeks before the end of the warranty, the Best Buy Geek Squad did all they could to help. The representative searched countrywide until he located a replacement, and then he was able to get approval for a discount on the price -- so that we did not need to pay the entire difference in price; we "split the difference". I expect this new warranty to be every bit as helpful to us!

It’s good to have protection hopefully it functions well and won’t need repairs

I love the geek squad service. It gives me peace of mind when I purchase items at Best Buy. In fact, I now buy all my appliances, speakers and tv’s at Best Buy.

I don’t always purchase the geek squad coverage, but in this case, I thought it would be beneficial. I have not had to use it, but I’m happy to have it knowing that if anything should happen I’m covered.

This Geek Squad service plan was for my AC unit. I think the coverage is worth it.
