Depending on your item the protection plan is good. Just do your research before buying extended plan.

After 3 visits the geek sqaud finally addressed the flicking of the picture and sound. TV working better.

The product is great! It would be cool if you could have a flexible hose for the attachments. Would make it easier to get into cracks etc.
