A good price for a vacuum cleaner warranty. Lots of moving parts.

THEIR 4 YEAR PROTECTION WHEN I HAD BOUGHT MY FIRST DYSON VACUUM WAS EXCELLENT , I COULD EXCHANGE IT WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING EXTRA, BUT NOW ITS LIKE U STILL HAVE TO PAY ABOUT $60 SOMETHING MORE TO GET A NEW ONE.......

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. Geek squad protection is worth it

Nice vacuum, not too heavy and very versatile. Great value.

Good to have on more expensive devices. Only problem I found if you use it once than it fulfilled its purpose so you have to buy a new one for the replacement device. Still ot could be a year or two remaining, a total loss.

This is good. You will not regret it, if you get it.

When purchasing the geek squad protection at Christmas time you lose a lot of time on the warranty when you are giving a gift to someone and buy the protection plan. I bought the gift on Black Friday and by Christmas Day, They have already lost a month of coverage.

It's good to have protection plan for any electronic item.

I purchased a Geek Squad plan for a pet spot cleaning vacuum because reviews of the vacuum said it was great but probably wouldn't last more than 18 months. I purchased the 3 year Geek Squad coverage. Sure enough at about 18 months the vacuum started leaking very badly and Best Buy replaced it... but then I had to buy another Geek Squad plan for the replacement. What happened to the 3 year plan I paid for? I consider the replacement an extension of the original unit but I guess Best Buy doesn't agree with my line of thinking.

The warranty is good but is pricey and if they replace the item you have to pay the warranty al over again it doesn't matter if you they replace the item within the fitst 6 months and the warranty is for 4years
