Great service. I had bought a sound bar after a year it was not working well took it in and they gave me store credit for what I paid for. Its worth getting this service.

The technicians mounted the surround sound to my new tv I purchased from Best Buy and showed me how to work it.

Thank God I'm smart and purchase this plan whenever I get something from best buy. I've had to replace a Sony sound system twice now! Make sure you pay a little extra and get protection. Things aren't made the way they used to
