Great support, had a problem with our ice maker and we just brought it into the store, no hassle and exchanged for a new one

it's good to have the protection plan, my wine cooler failed after one year of use, I could easily return it to the store and exchange for a new one. But you pay for 4-year protection plan and once you use it after one year, it's gone, it's cannot be transferred to a new purchase.

My return was easy with no problems. I was able to replace my item & get it shipped to my home

I didn't know I purchased this good thing I know I haven't. Because if something goes wrong i'm gonna be calling some geeks from the squad.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

I had my ice maker for 7 months and the fan went out but since i had the protection plan i took it to best buy and got an exchange since this isnt an easy fix.
