Geek squad was very helpful at teaching me how to use my refrigerator.

The geek squad always does a phenomenal job and know what they are doing. If you have doubt about doing something yourself, don't risk the headache.

I always get the protection plan on everything purchased at Best Buy We have had to use it a few times and they replaced our broken items with a brand new, updated unit. So worth a few extra $$s

I got a message that it is due again at the end of the month for 199.00. I was told if I renew it would be 99.00. So which is it? I am confused.

No need to get the manufactures coverage when you have geek squad coverage. Geek squad is excellent customer service.

Never leave Best Buy store without this geek squad protection plan. Most of our expensive electronics does have this geek squad protection plan for sure.
