Geek Squad service is very good, they act fast and easy. They have all the informations about your product which make it easy for you to make a claim.

Geek Squad protection is something you should purchase. I normally purchase the protection when I buy things from Best Buy as an insurance policy.

Can’t go wrong with extra protection. You never know when something breaks and geek squad is there to fix it no questions asked!

Great value, considering how bad recent quality of appliances We used it already once, and the service was outstanding.

I usually get the protection for high ticket items. Although it does take time for Best Buy to determine wether they will replace or repair.
