    Garbage. Support for the 'protection' is non-existent and should just replace the damaged item when brought in, not make you wait months for a repair that they don't even do before crediting you back what you paid as opposed to replacing it.

    Ive had nothing but problems with this thing. When I bought it it worked fine, then a few mo ths down the road it started making a high pitched sqeeling noise; got that figured out and now we are dealing with what im assuming is a mold issue even though I use the cleaning cycle weekly theres always black sooty looking stuff on the walls on the water reservoir.

    Had this item for bately 6 months and it stopped pumping water. Called ge tech support and was told several times to send pictures or to do weekly maintenance which i was already doing. Now it has stopped working completely ! For the amountsof money i paid and for it to last a year is terrible. Would not recommend this

    they are not that helpful.. always in a hurry to rush me out the store and go on to the next customer.. you might as well figure out the problem yourself.

    Cheap mini fridge, good for a dorm maybe but it broke two years after i purchased it. Just long enough to outlast the the extra warranty by two months

    Purchased a 4 year warranty had issue with ice machine less then a year so had to return I was told I would be covered 4 years even if I had to replace it that warranty would carry over. It didn’t I was lied to that I would have to purchase warranty again

    Will never buy again sales person sold it to me said if anything happens bring it back my son broke it and then it was oh no accidental damage but when I said I had an autistic son the sales a person said I definitely should get it it covers anything

    Great machine but after 2 months it broke Started making loud noises and then leaked everywhere and stopped making nice completely

    worker said it was $5 and charged me $60 but it was too embarrasing for me to speak up he just lied to my face and i kept waiting for the disount to take place

    ALMOST $3000 later & Refrigerator not functional

    Upon delivery of refrigerator I was told they would not hook it up to the water. Called geek squad, They sent out a third-party who also refused. Called again & was told they would compensate me so I could contact a plumber. Check never came. Called again & no record of check

    I wood never by a Samsung refrigerator again. I had to bring the repair man x4 times. Still the upper part of the refrigerator does not cool well. The frieze and the middle drawer is the only thing that works. Refusing to buy a new refrigerator.

    They damaged the side and back of my brand-new refrigerator. Plus basically tore off my porch sconce. Who will pay for those damages?? They didn't even write it down or acknowledge the damage they caused..
