This is such a stupid service. Was sold they would come to me since I live 50 miles from a store but nope they dont come to me. And if its considered a portable item, even though its 40 lbs, you have to take it to them. I will never buy this service again.

I always purchase Best Buy's GSP on "high ticket items" and have always had a good experience with them.

you know how big and heavy a bottom refrigerator freezer is with a water hook up for an ice maker is. a lot more than I wanted to handle. Geek Squad made is easy, i did not touch anything

I’ve been buying these extended warranty‘s for years and they always pay off. One time I had a TV die 10 days before those extra warranty expired and ended up getting a brand new TV as a result

These guys are amazing Brandon and Marcus truly go above and beyond even when faced with difficult situations they remain Kind and Courteous and find a solution best teamwork I’ve seen in awhile

Love getting warranty when I purchase things from Best Buy. It comes in handy when your things don't work

Thankfully I have not had to use it this far. I always buy these and I think I’ve only had to use one in over 10 years but it’s like car insurance. As soon as you don’t have it you’ll need it

i love this fridge it keeps my stuff cold and the freezer keeps my ice cream nice and cold

I never buy anything from Best Buy that has a warranty and do not add the plan. I have save 100's of dollars because of this. It is almost guaranteed sooner or later the warranty will be needed.

Better to have it then to need it that’s what I say

Have not attempted to use this warranty yet. Time will tell if it is needed.

Its nice to know that im covered. Especially with minifridges.
