    Very disappointed. Added this 2 year protection to my order, and it said "2 years in addition to manufacturers warranty" - which had a 1 year warranty. Machine just broke down after 2.5 years, brought it into the store, and was told that it was not an additional 2 years, that it starts immediately at time of purchase. Very misleading. Been a customer for 30 plus years, but learned a lesson.

    I really like the Four year plan. Geek Squad is good at getting my products replaced if they get broken.
