    The supervisor Josh was condescending, rude and arrogant. He mentioned I had a basic plan, I don’t work at Best Buy. So I don’t have knowledge of what plan I purchased because it didn’t specify. He printed out a plan which still didn’t show which one I bought. He just old me this is the simplest way for you to understand and began to point to the paper. I have to turn the ice maker to geek squad
