    I purchased this in November 2020 and we are on our 5th opel. We only use reverse osmosis filtered water and we descale and clean the unit every other month. The first unit began to make aweful sounds after about 90 days. Replaced with refurbished units that were acraped or dented. This current unit has beeen functioning for about 9 months and has begun to make a high putch screeching sound. No descaling would cause the sound or fix it. Of course its out of its 1 year warranty. Good thing se have the best buy 4 year plan.
