Pricey for a warranty. Dont know if we really need it.

Bought three extended warranties on TV sets, will find out if any good if ever needed

it's good protection plan allows to fix or replace product, but it is too expensive and once you use it, then you need to buy a new one even it is still not expired.

So far I have not needed to use my geek squad as of right now.

Will edit this review once we try to figure out the situation with our mini fridge that we had purchase and came with some minor flaws.

Haven’t used it, probably won’t. However I can say from experience that GSP is a good value and should be purchased on most products.

Stay away from this ice maker. Too much for the amount of time before it starts making noise and just stops. Will not survive a year before it needs to be replaced . Youve been warned.

2 year coverage is duplicated with factory warranty the first year... not sure why but it costs a lot more this way

I got extended warranty on 1st tabletop ice machine and thank goodness I did as as soon as passed return policy machine quit making ice.

I am not a happy camper when it comes to geek squad. Something went wrong with the sound in my sons earbuds and they treated him like he just destroyed them on purpose asking all kind of dumb questions. Then told him he would have to spend more money to another pair that was refurbished. The geek squad may be a good idea but the employee we had to help us was not a geek, i have other choice words but trying to be professional here. Unfortunately we did not we ended up buying a new pair and adding a 2 year warranty to avoid ever having to use them again.

I got this for my Samsung TV 85 in just in case something went wrong.

I guess it worked out for us because our nugget ice maker went out after two years. Best Buy gave us a new one but even though I still have two years left on the warranty, I had to buy a another warranty for the replacement. I just bought the two year this time since that is how long it took for the first unit to fail.

I feel better that I got this protection, because for four years if it goes bad, I can get it fixed or replaced.

I bought this because everything you buy today is GARBAGE, gives me a little peace of mind.

Terrible value broke within 4 months the Greek squad apt to fix it took all day waste of time and money would not buy through Best Buy or this item again

No usage yet but will be soon based on the review of others. Hoped it would not be needed, but glad to have it now.

Geek squad employee took my $389 broken nugget ice maker and exchanged it for a $199 bullet ice maker and now i have to wait over a week to get it so i can return it and try and swap for an equal nugget ice maker with hopefully no out of pocket and wait for it to be ordered as well. I am recovering from cancer and surgery and ice is what i eat and cannot now. VERY inconvenient and furious for customer service doing wrong machine then having to wait to get and return then wait some more. They should exchange now. I purchased protection for a reason.

So far, my experience has been poor with Geek Squad. I ordered a wine cooler, but it was delivered and defective. It is too large to fit inside my car, therefore, I asked a total of 3 times for Geek Squad to schedule a pick via UPS, and each time was told they would send me an email. I have not received an email to get this process started. Customer service and the ability to deliver are poor these days. There are not a lot of people who care about the work they do but rather just about receiving a paycheck.
