Worked fine for about a year then all of the sudden it stopped making ice.

I brought this for my daughter's birthday and it broke down in 40 days. I also have a second one different make since 2023, and has never had a problem. I checked on Amazon reviews about this product and there were only 2 reviews.

Good price for the warranty. Any defects are covered. I have peace of mind if the refrigerant or fan malfunctions.

4 years for the price is good for my peace of mind. If there's anything wrong with the fan or freon I'm covered.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I have not had to use it yet. Anything from Best Buy is usually pretty good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's an absolute scam. Pure fraud and deceptive wording on the website.

We have not had a chance to test the warranty so it is hard to say if it is any good?

Items in fridge freeze up (not everything). Coulda been better for the price.

When I purchase an insurance I aspect no worries or troubles but no, i had to keep on calling and people kept transferring me and the workers that were supposed to come pick up my fridge without a care in the world. I had to be the one to take my fridge to the store because the workers couldn't follow instructions. Do i recommend geek squad for insurance? Yes but it is absolutely frustrating when it's an appliance.

I am on the fence on this option. I had to warranty an item after 4 months. The ice maker failed. I was given a new ice maker but had to also buy a new service agreement. I am lost why I did not get a refund on the 44 months that I did not use.

I purchased a 2-yr plan only to get 1 year out of it. The first year you are required to go through the manufacturer, then the second year this takes place, even though the plan started on the date of purchase. So paying for a year that they refuse to do anything. Thank you!

This is a service plan not a warranty. It is a one time fix or replacement plan, not 4 years as it implies. My item broke after the original manufacture warranty. So they replaced it, but even though I bought a 4 year plan, it is only good for a one time fix or replacement. Have to purchase it again so the new item will be covered after 12 months. But if you do not buy it, then if your item stops working, your out of luck.

Havent had to use their service yet. My appliance is still working fine.

I Love it, works great so far would recommend to anyone.
