    Great machine but after 2 months it broke Started making loud noises and then leaked everywhere and stopped making nice completely

    worker said it was $5 and charged me $60 but it was too embarrasing for me to speak up he just lied to my face and i kept waiting for the disount to take place

    ALMOST $3000 later & Refrigerator not functional

    Upon delivery of refrigerator I was told they would not hook it up to the water. Called geek squad, They sent out a third-party who also refused. Called again & was told they would compensate me so I could contact a plumber. Check never came. Called again & no record of check

    I wood never by a Samsung refrigerator again. I had to bring the repair man x4 times. Still the upper part of the refrigerator does not cool well. The frieze and the middle drawer is the only thing that works. Refusing to buy a new refrigerator.

    They damaged the side and back of my brand-new refrigerator. Plus basically tore off my porch sconce. Who will pay for those damages?? They didn't even write it down or acknowledge the damage they caused..

    Useless. I bought this to make it easy to replace my product. What I bought has now gone up about $30 so the gift card for almost what I paid—save for the prorated days—does not cover a replacement product.

    Since 5/1/2022 I’ve spoken with 13 agents over 1 product and don’t live near a Best Buy (well unless I want to travel out of stay or 2 hours)… paid $90 for protection and can’t get help

    Disappointed. They had to replace a 17 month old washer. Same model number and they charged me $50 for the same make and model!

    Not worth paying for. We got a beverage cooler. They could not fix a problem. Would have replaced it but the model was not available anymore and similar priced ones were not as good.

    Have a refrigerator with an ice maker problem. Have had them out 6 times, still not fixed. Fed up!!!!!!!!

    This product failed 4 months after the 2 year parts and labor warranty ran out.... I would not recommend this product.

    The protection plan is a must for expensive products, but it’s definitely not what it used to be. Especially when they took off the renewal option for their protection plans. Do not get if you don’t have to.
