It is always a decision whether or not to get the additional warranty and I don’t always buy it. This time I did and it turned out to be a good decision! While the ice maker was not eligible to be repaired and there was not a comparable replacement available, I was given a gift card for the purchase amount to use at my discretion which came in handy when I purchased my dishwasher. The process went smoothly and I was very pleased with the service received.

Very quiet. Never heard a peep. Keep in my bedroom. Love the larger freezer. Frost free. Most mini fridges donot have this much space nor compartments. Had mine over a year and a half. Still runs great. If you turn the temperature too cold you will get ice buildup in the freezer and back of the inside of refrigerator. Adjust the temperature and it disappears. Would recommend highly. Largest mini fridge you can buy. I didn’t want the smaller ones. 4.9 cu ft is the size I wanted for my bedroom. Purchased for my elderly mother so she could keep her favorite drinks and foods when she visits. Purchase a microwave on top of it.

I purchased this ice maker for my elderly sister for Christmas in Dec 2021 and she said it’s been the best gift she has ever received. I was happy with how easy it was for her to use! I bought a two year extended warranty. She just now called me to say her ice maker just isn’t working like it was. It’s now taking a long time to make ice. It’s Jan 14, 2024 and I suppose the extra warranty ended just a few days ago. We have the worst luck! But she still says it’s the best gift she ever received and has been very grateful for it. Unfortunately I can’t afford to buy her another one. So if Best Buy reads this, if there anything you can do please give me a call.

I researched beverage coolers for 3 weeks. I like my beer ice cold and almost all of them would not get lower than 38 degrees, had bad reviews, or mad loud noise. This one is unbelievable. Although advertised to get to 34 it actually gets to 32 and maintains that temperature. Quiet-can't even hear it. I would highly recommend the 4 yr warranty as beverage coolers are notorious for short life.

I bought this wine vault July 2019, and I have had zero problems with it after continuous use in my home. It's stylish, quiet and keeps the temp I set. I think I have 26 bottles of various shapes/sizes in it now, which it accommodates very nicely. Bought an extended 4 year warranty just in case anything goes wrong. Very pleased with the product, especially for the discounted price I paid.
