Excellent two-zone wine fridge. Easy to use, quite reliable. Two problems, however: the fridge is quite noisy (I believe what I'm hearing is the coolant circulating), so you might not want to put it in a room where background noise would be bothersome. The other issue is with the bottom shelf, which is a removable wooden shelf. Standard 750 ml bottles don't fit on this shelf.

It wasn't bad. I didn't end up benefiting from the cans in the door storage since i don't usually have cans, but it was very useful to hold my overflow of my regular fridge. Stopped working just under the 4 year warranty. They can not get the part to fix, so, i will probably get the same fridge as the exchange.

I have the top tier Best Buy membership and it offered TV mounting (I don’t think it does anymore) and it was an excellent and quick service.

Refrigerator works great. Haven't had any problems with it.

spent some time making office nice thanks to Covid. Needed a little fridge and love how it doesn't have the little freezer section taking up room. Plenty of room, nice and cold and looks great. Didn't need to get a used one due to the good price on this one.

3.5 years after I bought an ice maker, it started malfunctioning. Went in to Best Buy and they performed a quick and easy replacement. Very happy!

Geek Squad protection plan works great for me too and I have no problem every time I go there

I have always purchased extended warranty plans with BB. However, I was recently told that because the manufacturer replaced an item with a different model, that the new item was not covered. This is in contrast to the Terms & Conditions of the GSP for June 2022. Page 2, paragraph 3b. "If your Covered Product is replaced by the manufacturer, your replacement device will become the Covered Product under this Plan..." There is no talk of model numbers or must be exact same item. Be warned most manufacturers change model numbers yearly as they upgrade their products! Funny they acknowledged I have an active warranty but kept wanting to refund it at a prorated amount. I refused this as acceptable because clearly if they sold me a useless warranty, I want all my money back. However now that I have read the T&C, I want them to replace both ice maker and refund the cost of my so called warranty plans! Wouldnt hurt if you also paid for my wasted trip to the store as you told me it was covered and would be repaired/replaced...which obviously did not happen!!! CASE ID 354 731 631

Great fridge! Used for many years in a college dorm. It held up!

The wine chiller unit is great. The quality is excellent and it keeps all the wine chilled at the right temperature.

Great warranty / I have processed claims in the past and was amazed at how fast they were processed
