    The wait time when I called was a bit long. I was told this was due to the storm that knocked out the Houston call center. After I spoke with the rep they scheduled a service appointment for repair.

    It was for my microwave which had a problem after 2 years. They got me store credit fir my appliances to get new one. Couldn’t be happier

    I always get a.geek squad warranty for repairs and protection, but there is constant biggering with.managers.to not send.a third.party when the.agreenent is.suppose to have the.geek squad. The.sales.people in the.store always.tell you that.there is no problem.if you want the geek squad. this is not true. The.geek squad has certain stipulations on what.they can and.can not do. The.managers in the.store.and the.sales.people.are.cluelese.
