I'm glad that Best Buy offered a four year plan. The other stores only offered a two-year plan for almost as much. This plan was a much better deal and I'm pleased with it.

Luckily I have always had great quality purchases from Best Buy and have never needed my Geek Squad, but it's awesome to know that they are always there if I do have an issue.

I have not had to use Geek Squad protection to replace or repair anything. I cannot say if it is good or bad. That is why I gave 3 stars

I honestly think you should always get the geek squad protection because if anything were to go wrong with your product they got you covered.

Though I do not enjoy having to replace appliances - having the protection plan has been a real life-saver in the past

This protection plan is so helpful. We bought our dishwasher 2 weeks before purchasing other items, and with this protection plan Best Buy came out and installed our dishwasher.

The guys were super prompt and very organized and were very knowledgeable of the TV and I felt very happy and confident about knowing how to use the remote!
