If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. They were completely unwilling to accommodate and consistently deflected instead of offering any real explanation. When I asked where their policy states that a GE countertop microwave qualifies as a small appliance, they couldn’t provide an answer. Meanwhile, GE’s own website clarifies that these microwaves are not considered small appliances. Which makes sense since they weigh nearly 50 pounds. Rather than addressing the issue, the representative (Edwin) simply dismissed my concerns by saying I was “frustrated” and hanging up on me. I do not recommend Best Buy or Geek Squad to anyone.

Another paid for bet on service calls. You buy hoping to never have to use it.

I bought a LG OLED TV and this gives me a sense of protection if anything goes wrong with it in 4-years.
