Purchased because we are on our second microwave in a year. Needed a piece of kind that if something happened to this one, we would be covered.

As the last few microwave ovens I've purchased have been hit or miss, I purchased this four year protection plan. I have had good results with these protection plans from best buy over the years. I hope to not need to use it but with appliances these days we can never tell how long they may last.

The 4 year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan is awesome. It is great to get because you never know when thing break down and you will save yourself lots of money knowing the your purchase is protected for 4 year.
