Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy totally let me down with this purchase, evidently they have know clue about what hardware they have on hand or when they will fulfill orders this was suppose to be a one hour curb side pick up made at 230 pm it's now 1;AM and don't have an update on when I should be expecting my item. Basic Apps not included
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Apps I want are not loaded on the machine - Hulu, Amazon, and the website to get the apps doesn't work. Registration Code is not available, online help not available. Stupid to have to jump through hoops to load the basic apps I want. I will try tomorrow, but may return the machine.
