Affordable service. Have not had to use the service, but just to know that someone has your back just incase is always a good thing. I feel confident in the service that they offer.

I have used both the call in service and the store Geek area. Every time they have fixed the issue within a few days, in store, or within hours for the call in service. The cost for the service is fair.

Denon makes high quality, easy to use receivers. Menu system is straightforward and sound quality is great.

My children bought this as a birthday for gift for me. Sounds wonderful. Love being able to start a vinyl collection and enjoy music like the old ways. Even my boys love it!

This is a great protection plan. I ALWAYS take them up on it. You literally NEVER know when you will need it. From past experiences I can definitely suggest to do it.

Very helpful to have the protection and knowing what it includes makes it worth it when you have a lot of devices.

I have not needed to use this service yet so I cannot speak to how Best Buy would handle service claims but I remain hopeful that if something does happen, they will pull through.

If you make a large investment, add the piece of mind. I bought the protection for my new sound bar and can live worry free

Every time I have purchased an extended service plan through Best Buy, the Geek Squad has sent professional and skilled people to make repairs. When bringing a product into the store for repair or replacement, the transaction occurs quickly and without hassle.

4 year warranty. That's a descent warranty. For a multi disc player. That must have lots of confidence in their product. Hopefully we wont need to use it. But have it if needed.

Responsive and efficient. Purchasing these extended warranties is a good way to provide peace of mind for open box purchases.

Geek squad did an awesome job taking care of my problems would not recommend any pioneer avr because even after exchanging for 2 burnt up units they are just junk go denon
