Must have a service plan. If it breaks gets replaced for fraction of the cost of the plan

I am fairly geeky by nature. Exceptionally so for someone in their 70s. However, frequently I just don't get it Easy Access to the Geek Squad removes some of the COVID stress.

My team and I working on a solution take your date squad at hand when using electronics and is always the best idea to keep that enhance cost no more than a little bit best to do it.

Geek Squad protection is important for almost all products at BBY. Take advantage and spend the few extra dollars and be covered in the future.

I haven't had to use the protection coverage yet. Just purchased the fire stick. About to purchase another fire stick. I have used Geek Squad before for a different product

When it comes to Best Buy and warranty they are the top of the line always easy to replace items with this store and not having to use a third party agent

I have not needed the service yet but I feel comfortable knowing I have it. They have supplied excellent service to my family members. I know they will be there when I need them.

If a product breaks this is wonderful to have... Couple years ago my laptop broke I took it back to him and they gave me a brand new one because they could not fix it.

The Roku works well. What was even better i got the information i needed to make it work when i had trouble!! They knew just what i needed to change to make it work!!!!!! I am very pleased they knew what was happening and how to fix it.

Always beneficial to get some form of back up for certain purchases. It’s a necessary evil as it’s said. You never know if you4. Gonna need it but happy to have it when you do.

If you have kids or are just clumsy like me, GET IT! a few but to replace it, it easy too. Peace of mind and better than stressing over the kids and their friends touching stuff.

I love that I have protection on this product just in case.
