When buying high-end equipment I always purchase The Geek Squad protection plan, even though I only had to use it one time out of all the purchases that I've had... And The Geek Squad protection plan is the best beneficial add-on for the money.

I always get the protection plans things made in these days have not been made like 30+ years ago

I've only heard great things about geek squad replacement so I hope it goes well. The warranty was a bit pricey since it was $24.99 on a $129.99 item, but since it covers a wide range of things I felt like it was worth the purchase, especially for a higher value item like this.

Subscription to the Geek Squard service was a SMART decision. Watching the Geek Squad unpack our 65" OLED TV and speaker system, mount and install all services in record time was confidence building----knowing that I can trust in their quality service for the next 4-years!!

It came in clutch when I bought a JBL soundbar and the romote that I bought for it wasnt working with the soundbar. Worth it!

Geek squad has always done right by me! They do what they say they will do with no hassel, last time I had to use it they went out of way to give me better service than the plan was for! And the man working was crazy HOT!!!

A great thing to have when the manufacturers warranty expires. This plan also covers things the manufacturer doesn't like power surges

I needed this. Had a blu-ray player for 9 or 10 months. Just totally stopped working. Wouldn't turn on or anything. Didn't have a protection plan. Never again. Best part, could of got 2 years for $12. But for $4 more got 4 years. Great Deal!!!!

Will always get some form of equipment protection. Definitely a good deal at best buy.

Love the fact that I did not get to point to use this. The product itself was good though it was a display item. Never had any issues

Had to use one of these on a TV I bought that started having a black line. They came out and tried to fix it but couldn’t. Instead of me being SoL they offered me a similar tv or a Best Buy gift card. It’s worth it just in case!
