I got this because the one broken needed repaired or replaced. Without the warranty it was more expensive to repair. When I bought the replacement for it the I got the warranty.

Geek squad protection is usually pretty solid. I've never had an issue with them covering stuff unlike apple coverage.

The wife doesn't think we need these extra warranties and support but things happen and I like having them. The products covered are normally good enough that the additional coverage will probably not be used but peace of mind is valuable to me.

I purchased this protection plan along with a sound bar I recently purchased. I haven’t had to use it yet but it’s great to have in case anything goes wrong. There’s a saying is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

My DVD player is acting up its been a year or two since I purchased a home theatre system and my arc output isn't working and my DVD player has a hard time reading my DVDs i know it's not my movies because most of them are brand new plus it easily plays without any problems on my PS4 so it has to be my DVD player!

It was the best money I could ever have spent in taking a memebership with the Geek Squad.They are there online, over the phone or at the store to immediately take care of any issues without question.I never thought their service was so complete. Seems like a waste if you never get to use it but when you need the protection and have it, your grateful and saving lots of dollars.

The Polk sound bar and wireless subwoofer, is so loud and crisp, i am hard of hearing, now i do not need closed captions on any more. Definitely get the warranty, i all ways do when i buy a new big electric.
