Glad I have this for the peace of mind. Luckily, haven't had to use it, and I hope I won't. But it's a fair price for good coverage and I am happy to have it in case something happens to the mini-fridge it covers.

With my repair/return, there was no hassle or problem. Geek squad gave me a refund of the product that was broken with no questions asked.

My ice maker was shipped out for service and I have a new one within a few days!

Geek squad protection is amazing. I had a claim. I went to the local store. It was easy to find my protection plan. I had the option of another one or a in store credit. The process was quick and easy.

Worked wonderfully for 16 months! Suddenly just wasn't making ice anymore. Fortunately (I hope!) I bought the Geek Squad 4 year protection policy. I'm going to return the ice machine to the store and hope for the best! Stay tuned!

I purchased this service after a friend convinced me to try it and I'm very pleased with the service and promotions.

I haven’t had to use his warranty and hope to not have to. I had several vendors I could have purchased the ice machine from but chose Best Buy because of the availability of their warranty service.

I have had geek squad insurance in the past and I have been happy with the purchase. I bought the insurance for a small amount of money for my ice maker and if anything happens to my icemaker I can pick up a new replacement item.

Thankfully we haven't had to use our protection plan on our product yet, but it's nice knowing that it is covered for 2 years in case something DOES happen!
