The service I received at Best Buy was great and the product was very helpful in setting up our service I plan to only purchase electronic products for my home and family from Best Buy

Always always get the warranty they cover ever just don’t get help at the Mayfair location very rude staff more concerned about their phone and personal conversations

I haven’t had to use this yet, so it really remains to be determined if it’s a good value. If my microwave catches fire, I’ll be really happy I have coverage I’ve gotten geek squad coverage on other items and it was worth it. They’ve been professional and very helpful

My boys at the Diberville MS geek squad always do the best work. I've never had any complaints. The year package depends on the individual person. I personally got this one due to my own laptop situation.

I added the Geed Squad Protection to my Microwave purchase for only a few dollars. I hope I never need it. My son had good success with Geek Squad and recommended it.

My wonderful microwave died after 2.5 years. It had been repaired once (at 3 months) for door closing issues. Turned it on one day, and it died. Purchased a new microwave and decided to get the Geek Squad for it, just in case.
